The cheapest pricing on real estate business cards, postcards, doorhangers and other marketing materials is within reach, but not our main goal, as the cut in cost would necessitate less personal communication time with each of our customers, slower response time to requests, and lower quality products.

For most orders placed on business days before 5 PM PST, you will receive your design for review via email within 1 to 3 hours of payment. Most materials ship within 4 business days by ground, after you have approved the final design and materials have printed. Printing can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days, depending on how many products we are printing for you, and on our current volume of orders. On average, most final real estate business cards, postcards and marketing materials ship within 7 business days. If you need them sooner, let us know, and we can rush your order for an additional cost, depending on how much sooner you request.

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any products that are damaged during the shipping process or have physical/cosmetic defects can be exchanged for identical products at no additional cost. Returns are not accepted for any client-based errors that were approved, printed and shipped to the client, such as client misspellings, requests to add, remove, or change wording, requests to change placement or colors, etc; however, discounts are available for re-ordering products with the aforementioned fixes.

After payment has been received, cancellations and refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis as following: If no work has been completed, no design proof has been emailed by the designer, and order was placed within 7 days of cancelling, refunds are available in full amount; if work has been completed, design proof has been sent by the designer, and the design has not yet been approved to print, refunds are available in half of the amount originally paid. Orders that have been approved for print cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless subject to a case in the "Returns" section above.
